Plenty of reasons that count on the day, not just in the brochure.

We are not another booking platform. We drive our own buses, with our own drivers — and put our name behind it.
No stiff suits, no dull journeys. Hire a coach with driver from us and you get professionals with character: on time, thoroughly competent and still on eye level with you. Get on, settle in, arrive.
Enter the route, pick a bus, get a quote. Usually straight away, no call-back and no small print.
No hotline, no hold music. The same person handles your booking from the first enquiry to the invoice.
Business customers settle up once the journey is done. Clear terms, transparent prices, nothing hidden.
Plans change. Rescheduling is routine here, not a crisis — and you can cancel free of charge up to 14 days ahead.
For the same service you get the better-value offer here. Find more for your money elsewhere and let us know.
In an emergency we are always there: 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Including once the bus is on the road.
Our drivers are what makes the difference — punctual, unflappable and genuinely interested in your group.
We will use your title if you prefer it — but we would rather keep it informal. It saves detours and makes agreements shorter.
Since 2006 we have carried more than a million people to their destination without a single injury.
A coach is a diesel vehicle. Its advantage lies in how many people are sitting in it — and that can be worked out.
A fully booked coach comes to around 14 grams per person and kilometre. A car comes to 164 — at average occupancy.
At 1.4 people per car, the official average. That is how many vehicles stay parked when a group travels together.
would those cars need compared with the one bus. In moving traffic the difference is larger still.
No marketing gloss, just real opinions from real passengers.
Reviews are shown in the original German — a review is a quotation, and translating one would change what somebody actually said.
Four steps from the first enquiry to the invoice.
Enter the route, date and group size. The quote usually arrives straight away.
If it all fits, you confirm. We reserve the vehicle for you.
We get you and your group to your destination — friendly, safe and on time.
You pay afterwards, usually seven days after the journey ends.
They have travelled with us too:

Hiring a bus in Berlin means, for most people, hiring a coach with a driver for a group, a date and a route. We have been doing that since 2006 with our own vehicles and our own drivers — and here are the three questions that come before every enquiry.
Up to 19 people, a VIP Sprinter or a minibus is enough. From around 20 the coach begins, and we keep four versions of it seating 50 to 65 — so you are not paying for seats that stay empty. Above 65 people a double-decker with 80 or 90 seats usually works out cheaper than two coaches, because there is only one vehicle and one driver on the road.
The price depends on the route, how long the bus is needed, the day of the week and the size of the vehicle — there is no honest flat rate. Every quote includes the driver, fuel, insurance, Wi-Fi and cleaning. Anything that can be added on top, such as waiting time or an overnight stay for the driver on multi-day trips, is set out openly on the prices page. You can work out your actual price here in a minute.
Yes. Berlin and Brandenburg are our daily business, but we drive across Germany and into the rest of Europe — the Baltic coast, the Spreewald, Dresden, Prague, Amsterdam. We pick up wherever the group is: at the school, at the hotel, at a BER terminal or at several stops one after another.
The earlier you book, the more certain you are of getting the exact vehicle you want. For school trips in early summer and for trade fair dates, a few months of lead time pays off, because almost every coach in Berlin is out on the road then. Short notice often works anyway: if your trip is within the next seven days, call us instead of using the calculator — then we can see straight away what is free.
Free of charge up to 14 days before departure. From 13 days to 48 hours beforehand we charge 35 per cent, after that 75 per cent. The scale has a simple reason: the closer the date, the smaller the chance of using the vehicle and the scheduled driver elsewhere. If you are unsure, book early anyway — rebooking costs less than starting the search again.
As a rule, no. The service first, then the invoice — that applies to schools, clubs and public bodies as well. On school trips especially it helps, because the parents’ money is often only complete after the journey. There are exceptions: very large jobs, clients based outside Germany, and cases where something is still outstanding from earlier work together. We talk about it beforehand and put it in the quote — nobody should be caught out by it.
In every vehicle except the Eco Coach, and it costs nothing extra. The fleet runs a 5G uplink with a Wi-Fi 6 network and delivers up to 500 Mbit at your seat. That is enough for a whole school class at once and for video calls on the way to a meeting. On remote country roads the speed depends on the mobile network — we cannot change that, so we do not promise otherwise.
